TONUS and ELASTICITY of connective tissue
The mineral salt of: elastic tissues; tendons; tooth enamel; nails; bones.
- Supporting the elasticity of body tissues and their natural ability to stretch and contract.
- Contributing to the structure of keratin-containing tissues (such as hair, nails and the cornea).
- Builds the protective coverings of the body (teeth, bones, skin).
- Helping maintain normal cellular structure (the cell wall).
Schuessler salt No. 1 supports the formation of bones, tendons, teeth, and nails. Protects against tooth decay. It is also applied in cases associated with reduced tissue elasticity, such as stretch marks, wrinkles, varicose veins and haemorrhoids.
Calcium fluoratum is considered one of the key Schuessler Salts during pregnancy, in accordance with professional advice.
Main Areas of Use
- To support skin elasticity in cases such as wrinkles, haemorrhoids and varicose veins.
- During pregnancy, to help maintain skin elasticity (e.g. stretch marks), support healthy veins, and contribute to the normal development and maintenance of bones and teeth in both mother and baby.
- To support strong bones and healthy teeth, including in individuals prone to frequent dental caries or enamel discoloration, as well as to support tendons and joints.
- In cases of back and knee pain, reduced joint mobility; cracking sounds in the joints.
- For brittle or thin nails; in cases of cellulite, visible broken capillaries, and dry or cracked skin.
Dosage and Administration
- The tablets are placed under the tongue and allowed to dissolve slowly; for young children, the tablets may be dissolved in a small amount of water.
- It is recommended to avoid food and drinks 10-15 minutes before and after taking Schuessler salts.
Acute conditions: 1–3 tablets, 3–6 times daily, for 1–2 weeks.
Emergency conditions: The dosage can be increased many times depending on the severity of the symptoms – e.g., 1 tablet every 5 minutes for 2-4 hours.
Another method of administration is the so-called “hot drink”: Dissolve 10 tablets of the prescribed salt in hot water. Sip slowly in small amounts, allowing the liquid to remain briefly in the mouth before swallowing.
Chronic conditions: 1–3 tablets, 1–2 times daily, for 2–4 months.
Prophylactic use: 1–3 tablets, 1–2 times daily, for at least 6–8 weeks.
